Zambian Researcher Encourages Fellow Researchers to Seek NREN Benefits
June 10, 2016
Researchers are encouraged to seek out their national research and education networks (NRENs) to support their work. Dr. Lydia Chabala, Researcher and Lecturer at the University of Zambia recently shared with CKLN's Colleen Wint her experience using the Zambian NREN. In this short video, she speaks about her work in earth science and how ZAMREN helped advance her research.
Dr Chabala was a presenter at the recent IST Africa Conference in Durban. Among the many presentations, Dr. Chabala's personal experience using ZAMREN was considered most compelling. She encourages researchers, lecturers and students worldwide to seek out their own NREN, especially where they need to access large data.
